Each brand is rated for customer service, quality of products and finish, durability and value for money, as well as an overall customer score. Not all the brands scored well - the difference between the top and bottom big-name brand is 23 percentage points.
We were also able to calculate a reliability score for each manufacturer, based on how likely its showers are to experience a fault and how quickly these faults crop up (brands are punished more severely if this happens soon after purchase).
