The top brand got an impressive customer score of 84%, while the bottom just 59% - a 25 percentage point difference. Three companies got a maximum of five stars, an 'excellent' rating, for both quality aspects. Only two well-known brands to get four stars ('good') for customer service, and one brand got just two stars - a 'poor' rating
As well as rating shower brands based on customer feedback we also test individual electric showers in our lab. During this assessment we look at how powerful each model is, whether the water temperature it produces drops or increases when someone else uses the water supply elsewhere in the house, and how long it takes to get back to normal if that happens.
