The top brand got an impressive customer score of 84%, while the bottom just 59% - a 25 percentage point difference. Three companies got a maximum of five stars, an 'excellent' rating, for both quality aspects. Only two well-known brands to get four stars ('good') for customer service, and one brand got just two stars - a 'poor' rating
After this, it is a matter of accessorising. Consider buying new curtains or blinds, perhaps adding a new shower curtain or panel, or even putting down a new floor (vinyl’s cheapest). Replacing the mirror and/or door handles can also make a difference, as can seemingly small touches such as the hand towels.
