The table below reveals overall customer scores for each of the bathroom brands as well as their individual ratings for the areas we ask our members about, so you can see the strengths and weaknesses of each one.
The top brand got an impressive customer score of 84%, while the bottom just 59% - a 25 percentage point difference. Three companies got a maximum of five stars, an 'excellent' rating, for both quality aspects. Only two well-known brands to get four stars ('good') for customer service, and one brand got just two stars - a 'poor' rating
