The top brand got an impressive customer score of 84%, while the bottom just 59% - a 25 percentage point difference. Three companies got a maximum of five stars, an 'excellent' rating, for both quality aspects. Only two well-known brands to get four stars ('good') for customer service, and one brand got just two stars - a 'poor' rating
We were also able to calculate a reliability score for each manufacturer, based on how likely its showers are to experience a fault and how quickly these faults crop up (brands are punished more severely if this happens soon after purchase).
