As well as asking people about the bathroom suite they bought, we also asked them to rate the company they bought their bathroom furniture from. For this, our top scorer got a customer score of 84%, while the lowest-rated got a score of 59%. The companies were rated for customer service, quality of products and services, durability and value for money.
We were also able to calculate a reliability score for each manufacturer, based on how likely its showers are to experience a fault and how quickly these faults crop up (brands are punished more severely if this happens soon after purchase).
