The top brand got an impressive customer score of 84%, while the bottom just 59% - a 25 percentage point difference. Three companies got a maximum of five stars, an 'excellent' rating, for both quality aspects. Only two well-known brands to get four stars ('good') for customer service, and one brand got just two stars - a 'poor' rating
It's not just bathroom brands we've assessed - we've also rated power and electric shower brands and tested electric showers in our labs. To find out what genuine customers think about their showers we asked over 3,000 Which? members about the models that they own. This feedback, on major shower manufacturers such as Mira and Triton, has enabled us to give each brand a unique customer score plus star ratings for important factors, such as their showers' build quality and ease of use.
