For this, our top scorer got a customer score of 84%, while the lowest-rated got a score of 59%. The companies were rated for customer service, quality of products and services, durability and value for money.
We are also able to reveal results for bathroom installation for Wickes, B&Q and Bathstore, alongside independents. The top company got 77%, while the bottom an unimpressive 51%.
