So many of us seem to be a little scared of choosing bright or vibrant colors for our dining chairs, but why? It looks utterly brilliant, offers an easy way to introduce an accent color into the space and really helps to make dining furniture that bit more interesting and standout, in its own right.
The quaint and distinctly vintage dining table set is definitely the showstopper of this countryside farmhouse. White and glass contribute to the soft and sophisticated elegance of the dining area, and go well with the earthy atmosphere. The large stone tiles on the floor, the abundance of unpolished wood, and exposed brick walls seem to engulf the dining table and chairs with old world magic.
Wooden chairs, finished with a luxuriously quilted seat cushions, not only look pretty, they are fantastically comfortable as well, making them ideal for both formal and informal dining. The only aspect to be very careful about is the fabric covering the pads, as it will need to be washable. Nobody wants to deal with pesky pesto stains or tomato marks, long-term and family homes always seem to encounter spills.
This is a good question! So many people will select four or more chairs that are all completely identical, but is that really necessary? Can you mix and match chairs and benches, for example? Or how about an eclectic mix of chairs? Well, you can select whatever you like! There really aren't any rules, so why not stick to one material and be a little more relaxed with the styles of seats you choose?
